Man Utd begin transfer talks with Bastian Schweinsteiger

Schweinsteiger to Man Utd???

    According to goal.com UK Schweinsteiger's representatives have already held talks with Manchester United about a summer transfer. Real Madrid and Chelsea both are said to be interested on him but the source claims that transfer talks with Man Utd have already been held.

   Man Utd officials reportedly flied to Munich on Thursday to meet Schweinsteiger's agent and  to discuss about  £18 million transfer. Schweinsteiger reportedly wants  a contract worth £140,000 a week and Man Utd are said to be willing to pay that price for long term replacement of Paul Scholes.
 
   If Man Utd are able to land him it would be a huge sign of intent from Man Utd that they have still got the funds to compete with the biggest Europeand heavyweights.
